Job Purpose



The

HR & Admin Executive

will be responsible for managing end-to-end

technical recruitment

,

HR operations

, and

administrative support

. The role requires fluency in English, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of HR & administrative processes to ensure efficient operations and effective talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)



Manage

end-to-end technical recruitment

for IT/software roles -- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and closing positions. Write and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and the company website. Use innovative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks) to attract quality technical talent. Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

2. HR Operations



Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. Maintain and update HR records (attendance, leave management, employee master data). Support payroll input preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Drive employee engagement initiatives and assist in performance management activities.

3. Administration



Oversee day-to-day

office administration

including vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management. Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and internal events. Ensure smooth daily operations and coordination with internal teams.
Assist management in drafting HR and administrative policies, notices, and circulars.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree

in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

5+ years

of proven experience in HR and Administration, with a

strong focus on technical recruitment

. Prior experience in

IT/software hiring

will be considered a strong advantage.

Female candidates preferred.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
