Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
2. HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain and update HR records (attendance, leave management, employee master data).
Support payroll input preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and assist in performance management activities.
3. Administration
Oversee day-to-day
office administration
including vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management.
Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and internal events.
Ensure smooth daily operations and coordination with internal teams.
Assist management in drafting HR and administrative policies, notices, and circulars.
