The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and general administrative functions to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Handle payroll inputs, salary structure updates, and monthly HR reports.
Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Manage employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
Support performance management processes--goal setting, appraisal cycle, and feedback meetings.
Ensure HR policies are implemented and updated as required.
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Oversee exit formalities, F&F process, and handover documentation.
Administration
Manage office supplies, asset inventory, and vendor coordination.
Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and office infrastructure.
Ensure timely renewal of AMC, subscriptions, and service contracts.
Monitor and support compliance, safety, and security procedures.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining documentation.
Coordinate with finance and other departments for administrative requirements.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or relevant
1-4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (experience range can be adjusted as needed).
