Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support the HR function in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and handle administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
Administration
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
Ensure upkeep and hygiene of the office premises.
Maintain company assets, records, and facility management.
Manage travel, accommodation, and courier logistics.
Assist in documentation, compliance, and audits.
Key Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR software or ERP tools (preferred)
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR (preferred)
Or rellevant Qualification .
