Arrange Induction & orientation for new joining.
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Design & creation Employee ID card through design team.
Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Attendance Management/ Maintaining Muster roll on daily basis.
Check & verify Employees travel bills.
Handling employee grievances.
Leave Management i.e., Earned leaves/medical leaves of all the employees and keep a record by maintaining it throughout.
Overseeing safety and health of the employees.
Compliance Management i.e., PF & ESI Challan generation & payment process on time.
Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities.
Organizing Employee engagement events for the employees.
Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Counselling employees as and when required.
Arrange and finalized full & final settlement after employee's resignation/ separation.
Make Experience & Reliving Letters.
