Join Goel Power Engineers as a Junior Executive in HR Admin at our Andheri location. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in HR administration. Utilize your expertise in Human Resource Information Systems and Payroll Management Systems to effectively manage HR operations and support our dynamic team in the Engines and Power Transmission Equipment Manufacturing industry.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Human Resource Information System for efficient management of employee data and processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Payroll Management Systems to ensure timely and accurate payroll and compliance (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of employee engagement tools to promote a healthy, collaborative workplace environment.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits management to maintain competitive, equitable employee offerings.
  • Familiarity with performance management software to track and enhance employee performance effectively.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition software for recruiting processes and candidate management.

Roles and Responsibilities
