Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Admin who will be responsible for managing HR operations, attendance & payroll, on-ground staff and sales coordination, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be efficient, well-organized, and capable of handling both office and field-level staff including Beauty Advisors in stores.

Maintain accurate employee attendance records and manage the leave management system. Monitor and manage the attendance and deployment of Beauty Advisors and other staff deployed in stores and field locations. Manage and execute payroll processing, including accurate salary calculation, overtime computation, and processing of all authorized deductions. Maintain and update all employee personnel files and databases (both physical and digital) with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy. Handle all essential HR documentation, including drafting and issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, confirmation letters, and managing all exit formalities documentation. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are consistently followed across the organization. Maintain adherence to relevant labor laws and compliance requirements. Actively source, screen, and recruit on-ground staff and Beauty Advisors (BAs) to fill vacant positions. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with team leads and department managers for final hiring decisions based on organizational needs. Onboarding & Induction: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. Coordinate and facilitate new employee induction and training programs with relevant stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all employee concerns, queries, grievances, attendance issues, and general HR support. Support the management team in performance tracking and reporting processes. Engagement & Communication: Coordinate and assist with various staff engagement activities and internal communication initiatives. Assist in the preparation of HR Management Information System (MIS) reports and compile monthly HR dashboards for management review. Provide essential administrative support as required for the efficient day-to-day functioning of the HR department. Coordinate with the sales team for deployment and related activities concerning the on-ground staff.

Qualification



Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration or relevant field Additional HR certifications preferred
