Training need assessments for training effectiveness
Prompt written communication and follow Up for Statutory Compliance-Provident Fund (PF),Employee State
Insurance Corporation ESIC, Profession tax (PT) and Maharashtra Labor welfare Fund (MLWF)
Prepare requisitions, Collect order forms and submit it to A/C departments
Providing manpower as per the set target
Reduce recruitment costs by internal referencing
Ensure complete logistics support to all department
Supervising Admin task arrangements like scheduling of transport, maintenance of log book/fuel/Payment for overtime
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Provide complete support for event management
Getting Skill competency matrix filled and update regularly, Imparting Training for at least 8 hours to every employee per year
Coordination with internal auditors
Generate and maintain ISO documents
Ensure health and safety of employees (Safety Shoes, Uniform, Safety material )
Monthly review with management
Generate MIS reports monthly
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
