Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources



Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and update HR systems regularly. Assist in payroll processing and maintain attendance & leave records. Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Support training & development initiatives. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Administration



Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination. Manage procurement of office supplies, IT assets, and other essentials. Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff for smooth operations. Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for employees. Monitor administrative budgets and expenses.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR & Admin role (preferred in healthcare/hospitality/service sector). Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS). Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,583.34 - ₹24,009.54 per month
