Executive - HR & Administration

Reporting To:

HR Manager / Admin Head

1. HR Administration



Objectives:

Ensure smooth HR operations with accuracy and compliance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Targets:



Attendance & Leave Records:

100% accuracy in maintaining records.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Close positions within

30-45 days

of requisition.

Induction & Employee Engagement:

Conduct minimum

1 activity/month

.

HR Policy Implementation:

100% compliance with HR processes and timelines.

2. General Administration



Objectives:

Efficient management of administrative functions and vendor coordination.

KPIs & Targets:



Vendor Management:

Ensure

zero complaints

and timely payment processing.

Office & Facility Management:

Resolve administrative issues within

24-48 hours

.

Asset Management:

Maintain

100% updated records

of company assets.

Cost Control:

Achieve at least

5-10% cost savings

in admin expenses annually.

3. Travelling & Field Coordination



Objectives:

Provide effective HR/Admin support at branches, sites, or other locations.

KPIs & Targets:



Field Visits:

Minimum 3-4

official visits per month

as per company requirement.

Visit Reports:

Submit reports within 24

hours of return

from travel.

Compliance Checks:

Ensure

100% compliance

at all branches/sites.

Employee Interaction:

Record and resolve

90% of queries

raised during visits.

4. Employee Relations & Support



Objectives:

Strengthen employee satisfaction and communication.

KPIs & Targets:



Grievance Handling:

Respond to employee queries within

24 hours

and resolve within

7 working days

.

Employee Engagement:

Conduct

quarterly welfare programs/events

.

Employee Satisfaction:

Achieve at least

80% positive feedback

in staff surveys.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Objectives:

Provide accurate, timely, and structured HR/Admin reports.

KPIs & Targets:



MIS Reports:

Submit

weekly and monthly reports

on time, with zero errors.

Travel & Expense Reports:

Submit and reconcile within

5 working days

.

Compliance Documentation:

100% updated records for statutory and HR audits.
