Key Responsibilities:
Administration (Major Responsibility - ~70%) ( only for Bengaluru Office)
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, repairs, and office services.
Handle
travel bookings
(flight, hotel, cab) for employees and visitors.
Manage
petty cash
, track expenses, and prepare periodic expense reports.
Support in managing office lease, utilities, and service contracts.
Supervise security and office support staff.
Ensure smooth operations of office infrastructure (internet, telephones, printers, etc.).
Manage courier, dispatch, and inward material documentation.
Assist in organizing company meetings, training programs, and employee events.
Human Resources (Basic HR Support - ~30%) ( Only for Bengaluru Office)
Maintain attendance records, leave management, and monthly HR data reports.
Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with agencies.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Help organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Any Graduate Degree
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in
Admin / HR support roles
, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate office environment.
Location:
Based in Bangalore; must be comfortable comfortable traveling to the office location and managing administrative operations.
