Required Nature of Experience

5+ Years of Experience





Manage HR activities for the manufacturing plant


Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and meets statutory compliances


Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflicts


Assist in the recruitment process by liaising with recruitment agencies.


Calculating attendance & overtime; maintaining records.


Administers loans, insurance, PF, ESIC, PT


Maintains personnel records of appointments, promotions, transfers.


Orients new employees by providing Employee Handbook & relevant Department & Company information.


Organising for training of employees as per Company's needs.


Maintain records/reports as per ISO requirements.


Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for plant


Ensure office maintenance and supplies, Safety and Hygiene.


Reporting to HR Manager
