who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, office administration, facility management, and supporting recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling both HR and administrative functions with a strong sense of ownership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Support end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation.
Coordinate and manage employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Handle attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll coordination.
Support grievance handling and ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Administration & Facility Management:
Oversee day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, pantry, stationery, and vendor management.
Manage facility-related activities such as maintenance, office supplies, and security coordination.
Handle petty cash, prepare expense reports, and ensure timely reimbursements.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
Coordinate with external agencies for office maintenance, repairs, and services.
Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff and guests.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in HR and administration.
Strong knowledge of
HR processes, recruitment, and office management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
