We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive - HR and Admin (fresher). This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to kickstart their career in HR and Administration, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, office management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes.
Assist in organizing training and development sessions.
Help manage attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication
Admin Responsibilities:
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Ensure office premises are well-maintained and functioning
Assist in organizing meetings and events
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent; HR specialization is a plus)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR/Admin domain
