and involves regular coordination with our Head Office in Kolkata to support day-to-day administrative and HR functions.

Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate with the HR department to ensure timely updates and maintenance of employee records
Interact with employees and trailer drivers to understand and help address their concerns
Distribute industrial safety equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Promote interdepartmental collaboration and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders
Key Requirements
A. Technical Skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Bengali
Comfortable with email communication and data entry
Ability to manage and maintain digital records
B. Soft Skills
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to engage with both employees and frontline staff
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams
Patience and empathy when interacting with frontline employees
Good organizational and time management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
