Role & Responsibilities
Handle recruitment & joining formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act.
Maintain employee files and HRMS data.
Support employee engagement & training.
Oversee admin work - housekeeping, security, office upkeep.
Manage vendor coordination, travel, and facility maintenance.
Prepare HR/Admin reports for management.
Skills Required
Basic HR & admin knowledge
Good communication & MS Office skills
Ability to handle employees & vendors
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
1-3 years' experience in HR & Admin (dealership experience an advantage)
