Job Designation: Executive (HR & Admin) - Mid Level Human resource and Administration (1-3 Years' experience)
: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources & Administration Executive to manage the recruitment process, onboarding, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role ensures seamless internal coordination, candidate management, and office administration for smooth organizational functioning. Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management
? Source candidates through consultants, job portals, and the GJM referral scheme.
? Receive and track candidate data from consultants using standardized Excel trackers.
? Maintain a structured database of all received CVs, tracking candidate details such as personal information, family background, and reason for job change.
? Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess communication skills and explain GJM's Policies and employment terms and conditions.
? Manage Employee interviews in Office including Technical assessments and coordination with interviewers internally.
? Communicate interview schedules, feedback, and selection status promptly to consultants to avoid last-minute issues.
2. Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
? Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and smooth joining processes.
? Maintain detailed records of interviews, assessments, offers, and employment history.
? Communicate company policies, code of conduct, and standard operating procedures to new hires.
3. Payroll and Attendance Management
? Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and time-off requests using internal tracking tools.
? Prepare and verify monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
? Maintain accurate records of employee leaves.
4. Office Administration
? Oversee basic office administration, including maintenance, facility management, and inventory of supplies.
? Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and IT for smooth daily operations.
? Organize office events, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
? Manage courier dispatches, travel bookings, and administrative assistance to management.
Key Skills and Competencies:
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Experience with HRMS tool/software implementation is a must.
? Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
? Problem-solving attitude with an ability to work independently.
? Good knowledge of attendance management, basic payroll procedures, and
HR operations.
? Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, Sheets, MS Office Suite, and basic
HRMS/Payroll software.
Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Joining: IMMEDIATE or within One Month
Salary Budget: Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month CTC
Job Location: Office, Ahmedabad (Work from Office ONLY)
Job Timings: 3:30 pm IST to 12:30 am IST (Monday to Friday)
Salary Retention Clause: One month Salary will be retained over First 3 months of service in equal instalments, and refundable only after successful completion of 2 Years with our firm. Firm has a Loyalty Bonus policy in place for payment of One month salary annually/additionally once an employee has completed Three (3) years of service with the Firm. This Salary retention clause & loyalty bonus policy can be explained by us to Candidate during job interview.
