Role Purpose

To contribute to business strategy, planning, and performance management by analyzing data, preparing dashboards and models, and providing insights that enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in strategy formulation, business planning, and performance tracking. Consolidate and analyze sales and operational data; prepare dashboards and MIS reports. Conduct sales reporting, trend analysis, and performance insights by product, region, and customer. Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models for key initiatives Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity. Develop executive presentations and briefing notes for reviews. Drive automation of reporting through BI tools and digital platforms. Support governance, compliance, and documentation for corporate reviews and audits.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

0-3 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, finance, or related roles. Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields. Experience working with data, dashboards, MIS, or business reporting (preferred). * Exposure to construction of chemicals, building materials, or industrial products (added advantage).
