Role Summary:



Responsible for end-to-end coordination and submission of tenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all tender documents. The role involves reviewing tender requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Review tender notifications from various portals (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement, departments, etc.). Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, technical teams, and management for required inputs. Prepare and compile complete tender submission documents--including technical bid, commercial bid, compliance statements, annexures, certifications, and formats. Ensure all documents are accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines. Manage online tender uploads, digital signatures, and portal-specific requirements. Maintain a database of past tenders, pricing, and supporting documents. Follow up on corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and amendments. Track tender status--submitted, opened, technical evaluation, financial bid, LOA/PO status. Support negotiation and documentation during the post-tender stage. Coordinate with accounts and management for EMD, BG, solvency certificates, and other statutory documents. Ensure confidentiality and compliance throughout the tender process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or Commerce (preferred: Mechanical/Electrical). 2-5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or commercial documentation. Strong understanding of government tender procedures (GeM / CPPP / e-proc portals). Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF), email communication, and online tender portals.
