Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Order Execution
+ Ensure end-to-end processing of customer orders within defined timelines.
+ Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth order flow and fulfillment.
Customer Communication
+ Provide timely responses to customer queries.
+ Maintain healthy customer relationships through proactive communication and updates.
Inter-department Coordination
+ Work closely with logistics, sales, warehouse, and finance teams for order completion.
+ Resolve any process bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted operations.
POP & Stock Hygiene
+ Maintain POP hygiene as per company guidelines.
+ Ensure accuracy and hygiene in stock reporting and management.
Order Hygiene & Payment Follow-ups
+ Ensure accurate order entries and documentation.
+ Follow up for outstanding payments in coordination with the finance team.

Education & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related operations roles
