*Designation-Executive in CRM for Client Servicing

Job Location: Gurgaon

Udhyog Vihar,Phase 5

Immediate Joiner required.

Key Responsibilities:

1

. Handling queries from Employees from big client & closing the tickets and resolve the concern with coordination through emails and calls for claims and cashless settlement.

2.. Oversee timely submission of data so MS office is required.

3..Coordination in department functions like the Customer Care, Claims, Preauth and related functions & head office for any query or followups.

4.Coordination with Broker and corporate employees if required.

Experience required:

Experience: 1-2

years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship

Qualification:

Graduation & Health insurance or TPA industry is mandatory

Good com skills & writing emails.

MS office knowledge is mandatory
