Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback on product or service improvements. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers. Assist in the development and improvement of sales/operations processes and procedures. * Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
