Assist in the recruitment process through various channels. Posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including Induction & Documentation, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Prepare and maintain new hire documentation.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Monitor employee attendance records and ensure accuracy in attendance reporting.
Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Maintain and update leave records, and provide reports as needed.
Utilize GreytHR for efficient management of employee data, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee information in the HRIS.
Generate reports and analytics from GreytHR for management review.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, Minimum Wage Act, Labor Welfare Fund & etc.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments in policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
BBA / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
CTC: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000/- PM.
Minimum 3years of experience.
Competencies:
Strong understanding of labor laws in India, including PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, and minimum wage.
Familiarity with GreytHR or similar HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to assess situations, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing HR records and reports.
Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices relevant to the healthcare sector
