Job Purpose

To ensure that the rooms, guest-areas, public areas and back-of-house zones are maintained in immaculate sanitary and aesthetic condition, in line with the establishment's service standards, thereby providing guests or occupants with a comfortable, clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms, corridors, lounges, public areas, and back-of-house areas after cleaning to ensure standards are met. Apna+2careers.ihcltata.com+2 Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team (room attendants, floor staff, public-area cleaning staff) to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
