Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry team, and public area cleaners
Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and manage staff scheduling
Ensure staff follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety protocols
Ensure all guest rooms, linen, public areas, and back-of-house areas maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards
Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure service consistency
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
Liaise with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B departments for smooth operations
Ensure rooms are prepared for arrivals and special guest requests
Oversee laundry operations and linen room functionality
Experience
5-10 years of progressive experience in housekeeping operations
Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior housekeeping role (Assistant Executive Housekeeper or higher)
Experience in luxury hotels or resorts preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
