Key Responsibilities:1. Housekeeping Operations
Oversee daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and offices
Ensure cleanliness standards meet hotel policies and guest expectations
Prepare daily work schedules and room assignments
2. Staff Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff
Conduct performance appraisals and discipline staff when required
Ensure proper grooming, uniform standards, and staff motivation
3. Quality Control
Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly
4. Inventory & Linen Control
Manage linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and equipment
Maintain stock levels and prevent loss or misuse
Coordinate with laundry and stores department
5. Hygiene & Safety
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
Train staff in safe work practices and chemical handling
Ensure pest control and waste management procedures
6. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare departmental budgets and control expenses
Monitor labor costs and material usage
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
7. Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and Security departments
Maintain records, reports, and departmental documentation
Participate in management meetings
Skills & Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Housekeeping
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and housekeeping systems
Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
