Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire premises
  • Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
  • Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.
  • Maintain par stock of consumable supplies & linen used
  • Organize inventories with Accounts for fixed assets.
  • Pay attention and Schedule pest eradication activities.
  • Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures
  • Prepare reports for management information.
  • Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.
  • Attending and resolving floor & BU complaints.
  • Verification of supplies consignments.
  • Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
  • Approval & Manage Changes of Functional Manual of the department.
  • Recommend recruitment of new personnel.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by senior management
Other Routine Responsibilities:
  • Daily inspection of public areas, employees locker rooms, office floors, cabins & Pantry areas
  • Daily briefing of Supervisors/ Executives.
  • Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of public area with maintenance department
  • Precautionary activity for monsoon activity
  • Immediately attending to admin requests.
Position Requirements

Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills, Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies / synergies across the network.

Qualification:

Graduate/ Three Years Degree or diploma in hotel management,

Experience:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in similar role. Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge. Successful Pre-opening experience & records a distinct advantage
