2-5 years in Health, Safety & Compliance (preferably in logistics/warehousing/projects)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections, equipment checks, and ensure compliance with PPE & HSE policies.
Prepare incident/CAPA reports, investigate accidents & near-miss cases, and close action points.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs to strengthen safety culture.
Support audits, compliance checks, and carry out risk assessments.
Maintain safety records, checklists, and ensure statutory compliance.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management.
Certification in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, good reporting & communication skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage site-level safety independently.
