(Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Leadership & Technical Hiring)
About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Headhunter to lead all leadership, management, and specialized technical hiring for our India operations. This role is mission-critical; we cannot afford mis-hires and therefore requires someone with proven experience in executive search, strong market intelligence, and the ability to identify, attract, and close senior-level talent across IT, call center operations, engineering, product, and business functions.
The ideal candidate is someone who already knows the Indian hiring landscape inside out including recruitment channels, databases, tools, sourcing strategies, compensation benchmarking, and regional talent nuances. You will own the end-to-end search cycle for VP-level, Director-level, and Senior Manager-level roles, ensuring only the best talent in the market enters our leadership pipeline.
This is not a standard recruiter role; it requires strategic headhunting, deep research ability, persistence, confidentiality, and exceptional judgement.
