Head Chef - Full-Time | On-Site (Koramangala, Bangalore Urban)
We're building the
core team
for our upcoming hospitality space in Koramangala, and are looking for an experienced
Head Chef
to lead our kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to shape the
menu and culinary direction
from the ground up, aligned with our vision of creating an engaging, high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Menu Development & Culinary Vision
: Design and develop the menu in line with our brand vision, balancing innovation, operational feasibility, and customer appeal.
Kitchen Leadership
: Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep, execution, plating standards, and service flow.
Team Management
: Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative, disciplined, and growth-oriented culture.
Quality & Standards
: Maintain consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards while ensuring every dish served meets our benchmarks.
Sourcing & Costing
: Work with management to source high-quality ingredients, negotiate with suppliers, and manage food costs efficiently.
Collaboration
: Partner with management and the front-of-house team to refine customer experience, innovate seasonal specials, and explore new product lines.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef in high-quality restaurants or cafes.
Strong understanding of menu engineering, costing, and kitchen operations.
Passion for innovation and curiosity for global as well as local food trends.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Commitment to operational discipline, hygiene, and consistency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
