Role Overview:-
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of our Conventional Welding Electrodes in the Hazaribagh, Chatra, Koderma, Palamu & Latehar districts. The role requires strong industrial sales experience, customer relationship skills, and the ability to generate consistent business from fabrication, engineering, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for welding electrodes.
- Manage dealer & distributor networks.
- Identify new industrial customers & untapped market.
- Conduct demos, trials & technical discussions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Report market insights & competitor updates.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Experience in Industrial Sales.
- Graduate ( / Diploma In Mechanical).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel extensively.
