Functional responsibilities:
- Respond to customer complaints and queries via email & calls
- Extensive outcall to customers to provide resolution
- Coordinate with other departments \xe2\x80\x93 especially Airport, call centre, and finance to resolve customer complaints and queries and provide resolution to customers
- Resilience to challenging situations
- Customer centric approach
- Great negotiation and persuasion skills

- Eagerness to learn

- Great team player
- Excellent English and Hindi language skills (both verbal and written)
- Good typing skills
- Graduate
- Prior 1-2yrs of work experience in email & voice process (desired)
- Prior experience in customer grievance handling (desired)
