- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
