A Leading Chamber Of Commerce And Trade Body For India Is Looking For An Executive For Its Gujarat State Office In Order To Undertake end to end coordination of meetings, seminars, conference and other activities. Handle State Panel initiatives and assist in overall operations of designated panels such as identifying panel initiatives Deliverables To facilitate growth in no of events / engagements and amount of sponsorship raised through: Networking with industry and Government developing rapport with a wide cross section of people and at appropriate levels Coordinating most of the external communications Handling extensive logistics services during the event Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene & cleanliness during the event Negotiating and achieving contracts To Develop New Initiatives/projects, Introduce Successful Activities And Initiatives That Facilitate Higher Level Engagement With The Membership Base In The State Through Assisting all Council related activities including drafting of Agenda, minutes, follow ups and maintenance of records Managing the promotional activities related to smaller projects Supporting /conducting primary & secondary research from multiple sources Preparing reports & updates related to projects To facilitate information or data capture related to new areas of research / reports for publication with respect to the interest areas of the membership base. Candidate Should be a Post Graduate / MBA with excellent written and Spoken English Skills and 2 to 5 years experience in Marketing of Events / Space Selling / Media / Trade Fairs.
