BA BCOM DIPLOMA

Arrange transfer or return of materials when ever required in approved format.
Control on stock of materials to avoid delay in execution.
Arrange proper stacking of material to ensure no theft or pilferage material take place.
To keep all data update and recording electrical meter reading maintaining DG set at Site.
Proper Entry of all Incoming & Outgoing material in SAP.
Maintain safety norms in Store.
Receipt and Dispatch of Consignments.
Stock Verification.
Co-ordination with purchase and planning dept. For daily shortage & critical material for smooth execution.
- Preparation of inward and outward stock transfer note reports.
- Preparation of debit credit note month transfer note reports.
- Preparation of debit credit note month wise.
- Interstice material reconciliation assets. Report.
- Monthly stock reports.
- Physical stock report.
- Consumption reports.
- Accounts and stock reconciliation.
- Machinery with H. S. D consumption reports.
Other reports as directed by stocks management
