Your Role in Our Story
We are looking for a warm, confident, and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our premium restaurant team. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from arrival to departure. This role involves managing guest interactions, handling reservations, resolving feedback, and supporting overall guest satisfaction in a fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Engagement
Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
Build rapport, anticipate needs, and ensure memorable dining experiences.
Handle feedback and complaints politely, ensuring quick resolution.
Stay well-informed about menu offerings and make personalized recommendations.
2. Reservation Handling
Manage the reservation system efficiently and ensure smooth guest flow.
Coordinate special requests and confirm bookings in advance.
3. VIP & Regular Guest Care
Maintain guest preference records and personalize service for repeat and VIP guests.
Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards for all guests.
4. Digital & Brand Support
Coordinate with marketing to manage guest reviews, online feedback, and social media engagement.
Respond to guest queries and comments professionally across digital platforms.
5. Team Coordination
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest service.
Support and guide team members on guest handling and service etiquette.
6. Feedback & Reporting
Gather and share guest feedback for continuous improvement.
Track recurring issues and assist in implementing corrective measures.
What We Are Looking For
Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in guest relations or customer service (preferably fine dining or hospitality).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of reservation software and basic digital platforms.
Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive in guest service.
