This is a strategic on-ground role aimed at
lead generation
from government sources and ensuring our company is visible to plot owners at the planning stage itself.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly visit offices of
BDA
,
BMC
, and other relevant government departments
Identify landowners or architects submitting construction approval applications
Build relationships with clerks, approval officers, and file handlers for continuous information flow
Collect lead data and initiate first-level contact or referrals to the sales team
Distribute brochures and explain basic service offerings of Levenus to potential clients or their representatives
Stay updated on new layouts, residential zones, or building permit trends
Maintain a database of contacts, approvals, and project leads
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of
field experience
in liaison work, preferably in real estate or civil construction
Strong local network in BDA/BMC or similar authorities is
highly desirable
Confident, street-smart, and polite communicator in Odia, Hindi & basic English
Ability to work independently, travel locally, and represent the company respectfully
Basic knowledge of residential construction process, permissions, and client types
