Role Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring adherence to both client and GRIL quality standards. Conducting timely quality testing of material, calibration of equipment, and compliance with observations. The role involves collaboration with the production team to maintain consistency in quality. Facilitating the quality certification process and maintaining accurate reports for the manager.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to the testing schedule and specifications. Conduct periodic inspections and tests to confirm product quality meets set standards. Effectively monitor the team's timely compliance with all quality observations. Ensure escalation of any unresolved or non-compliant observations to the manager. Adherence to established process for review of rejections with the aim to realize cost benefits. Ensure adoption & adherence to the quality guidelines. Ensure timely completion and submission of required certification documents for client approvals. Facilitate both on-site & off-site quality testing to ensure client clearance on the quality of the product. Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing quality metrics, test results, and compliance updates to the manager.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3-9 years' experience in quality. B. Tech/ M.Tech with 2-6 years' experience in quality. * Bachelor of Science/ Master of Science (Chemistry) with 6-10 years' experience in quality.
