Visitor Management: Act as a point of contact for guests visiting the School/Dean.
Purchase Requisitions (PR): Initiate and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) on the ERP system for school requirements
Vendor Management: Facilitate the vendor registration process in coordination with the central Procurement team.
Payment Processing: Submit invoices, track payment lifecycles, and follow up with the Finance Department to ensure timely payments and reimbursements.
Budget Tracking: Assist in maintaining a record of school expenses
Event Management: Coordinate with faculty SPOC and Dean office on logistics for seminars, conferences, faculty meetings, and guest lectures (venue booking, IT support, catering). Maintain digital repository of events.
Travel & Transport: Manage cab bookings and accommodation arrangements for visiting faculty, guest speakers, and corporate dignitaries.
Examination Support: Assist the program office with logistics for examinations
Student Records: Manage the attendance registry and compile student attendance data
Course Material: Coordinate with the faculty or program office for printing and distribution of course materials/case studies.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Coordinate with all other support departments and schools, on demand
Students, Alumni and Delegate coordination
Required Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related fields.
Upto 5 years of experience
MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Effective and professional communication in Hindi and English
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to multitask and Coordinate effectively.
