Looking for Talent Acquisition Executive for Front Line Bulk Hiring (BPO or Call Center Hiring) Job Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar - WFO Job Type: Non-Technical (BPO & Call Center) Hiring Responsibilities:
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Conducting confidential interviews & checking references
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Maintain trackers & meeting scheduled delivery of resources as per planned batches.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in BPO or Call Center hiring.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Strong knowledge of candidate\'s selection methods
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in human resources or related field
