Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security protocols
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in meeting arrangements
Handle courier, postal, and dispatch activities
Support HR and Admin teams with documentation, data entry, and filing
Maintain front office area cleanliness and professional appearance
Assist in travel coordination, vendor coordination, and office supplies management
Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
Support internal communication and coordination across departments
