Job Description

Greet patients, visitors, and vendors courteously and direct them appropriately. Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling in the Hospital Management System (HMS). Maintain proper records of patient check-ins and check-outs. Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer to appropriate departments. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, and visiting hours. Coordinate with nursing and medical departments to support patient flow and comfort. Collect consultation fees and issue receipts as per hospital protocols. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Maintain confidentiality of patient data and hospital records. Assist in billing and admission/discharge processes when required. Escalate any issues or complaints to the concerned authority promptly.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
