Job description:1. To guide patients and attendants to various health services provided by the hospital.2. To ensure that right billing takes place based on kind of services required by the patients.3. Solving problems of the patients and clear the queries regarding their concerns.4. Maintain MIS and TAT reports.5. Preparing the complete TPA files and submitting to the Finance Department.6. Coordination with different departments of the hospital.7. Coordination and Liasoning with the corporate giants like BCCI, National Cricket Academy, Jindal Steel Works (JSW), OGQ, etc.8. Coordination with VVIP's and high profile patients and guide them to get their treatment done further.9. To arrange and design the work schedule to be ready to help the patient by assisting patients and attendants regarding TPA services provided by the hospital. Counselling patients/attendants regarding the TPA formalities and consents10. Co-ordinating for the status and updating the same to patients/attendants, Processing and taking follow-up for Discharge of Patient HIS ENTRY Handling Escalations and task assigned by SeniorsJob Type : Permanent (ref:updazz.com)
