In this role, you will represent our brand to clients, partners, and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and providing administrative support to various departments. Key Responsibilities:1. Greet and welcome corporate clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Answer and route incoming phone calls, manage voicemail, and respond to basic inquiries. 3. Maintain the reception area to reflect the company's professional standards. 4. Manage meeting room bookings, prepare rooms for meetings, and coordinate refreshments when required. 5. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries efficiently. 6. Assist HR and administration teams with event coordination and office communications. 9. Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary. Adhere to all corporate security and confidentiality protocols. Requirements & Skills:1. Previous experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar corporate role. 2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 3. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate environment. 4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment. 6.
