Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
Assist the Founder/CEO in planning, tracking, and executing strategic initiatives.
Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, and market analyses.
Support long-term business planning and priority setting.
Operational Coordination
Work with cross-functional teams (Production, Merchandising, Exports/Imports, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to follow up on key deliverables.
Monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution.
Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Communication & Reporting
Prepare regular performance dashboards, executive summaries, and business updates for leadership.
Facilitate communication between the Founder/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft emails, minutes of meetings, and strategic communications.
Business Support
Support review and analysis of business performance metrics (production output, order status, delivery timelines, cost KPIs).
Assist in presentations for buyers, partners, and internal leadership reviews.
Coordinate with international buyers, vendors, and regulatory agencies when required.
Special Projects
Lead or support high-impact initiatives as directed by the Founder/CEO.
Identify opportunities for business growth including new markets, product lines, or process enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Apparel/Textile Management, Commerce, or related field.
2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or related roles (apparels industry experience preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
