What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

• Work in a structured environment using established procedures and seek guidance from colleagues.
• Ensure work is regularly reviewed for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) by following site procedures.
• Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, safety, quality, and cost for equipment and processes.
• Develop metrics and action plans to meet customer and business needs, promoting compliance with cGMP.
• Use project management skills to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, supervising inspection, reconciliation, dispensing, and receivals of components.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):

• Mpharm/BPharm degree with minimum 3-5 years' experience in a pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of cGMP, EHS, Production Systems and manufacturing processes
• Strong knowledge of Oral Solid dosage forms (Tablets, Capsules, Ointments/Creams)
• Knowledge of technology transfer and SUPAC guidelines
• Stability studies as per ICH Guidelines
• Formulation development skills and experience in production of commercial batches
• Operational Excellence projects (Reformulation, Packaging reconfiguration etc)
• Trouble-shooting activities
• Operation and handling of laboratory scale /pilot scale manufacturing equipment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Innovation projects handled in the past
• New Vendor development
• Ability to identify and implement cost-effective solutions
• Experience in optimizing production workflows
• Knowledge of SAP
