Job Description

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.


Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate strategy dashboards and performance reports.


Generate ad-hoc reports as required by various departments to support decision-making processes.


Provide actionable business insights through data analysis and visualization.


Identify and communicate key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop appropriate data solutions.


Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.


Support financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate business strategies.


Design and implement interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives.


Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.


Implement best practices in data management and business intelligence. The role offers a vast exposure of understanding different type of businesses- a sizeable NBFC (INR 5000+ Cr AUM), a large commerce player (15000+ Cr turnover), 26 manufacturing units (ranging from INR 100-1200 Cr turnover) and others.

Skills & qualification required:


CA Inter (2-3 Years of Experience) or qualified CA (0-2 years of experience).


Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.


Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS-Excel.


Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Strong organizational and time management skills..

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
