Roles & Responsibilities:




Generate and issue customer invoices on time. Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients for dues. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of receipts, invoices, and ageing reports. Process incoming payments and update the accounting system. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing support. Prepare AR ageing analysis and collection reports. Handle customer queries related to billing and payments. Support month-end closing activities related to AR.

Required Skills & Competencies




Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance operations Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes Good understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred) * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, NetSuite, etc.)
