ROLE PURPOSE

Supporting vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify employee reimbursement claims.*
Ensure expense and payment entries are posted to ERP*
Tracking of employee advances*
Verifying vendor invoices.*
Booking of vendor invoices.*
Updating and Capitalizing of Fixed Asset.*

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level:

Any graduate*

Qualifications:

3-5 years' work experience*
Finance or Accounts background preferred*

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

3-5 years work experience with good accounts and finance knowledge*
