Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
Handle budgeting, auditing, and financial documentation.
Maintain accurate records using tools like
Tally
,
Microsoft Office
, and
Excel
.
Support financial modelling, cost analysis, and reconciliation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or CA Intermediate is often preferred.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in financial software systems like; Tally, MS Office and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel) for financial analysis and modelling.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with IT companies will be an added advantage.
