Support daily banking tasks such as preparing cheques, online payments, and coordinating RTGS/NEFT transactions.
Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, payment summaries, and basic accounting entries (training will be provided).
Help maintain records for payables, receivables, and bank statements.
Coordinate with bank officials for KYC updates, account-related queries, and documentation.
Assist in preparing simple MIS reports for the Finance team.
B. Secretarial & Compliance Support
Assist the Company Secretary in preparing board meeting documents, notices, and simple resolutions.
Help maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act, 2013.
Support in filing basic MCA forms and uploading documents (training provided).
Coordinate DSC renewals, director KYC, and collection of documents from stakeholders.
Assist during audits by organizing required files and providing information.
C. Documentation & Coordination
Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of finance and secretarial records.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, bankers, and vendors for information flow.
Track documentation status and follow up for signatures whenever required.
Handle general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.
